Sales Reps and Technicians don't only play an integral part in the business, they are the business. What we offer improves and protects homes and families. Everything we do benefits the customers and society as a whole.
The Customers
When I was a technician, it felt good to hear stories from customers and to see how grateful they were. It really can impact someone even mentally when they're constantly seeing pests in their homes. It can be a scary experience for a lot of people. It really is all about taking care of the customer and improving their quality of life.
The People
The best part of my position is the people and building relationships with my team. I am only successful if my team is successful, so I try to make sure I am helping them out. We have great people that work for us.
The Excitement
I try to be a servant leader. The way I look at it is that I work for my team as much as they work for me. I want to help support them, contribute to their success and watch them grow throughout the company. That's the most exciting part.
