Jumping into Action
While driving to work, Alexander witnessed a severe accident on a busy highway. He immediately pulled over and rescued a trapped woman from the damaged car, cutting off her seat belt and safely getting her out from the passenger's side. After 5 minutes, the ambulance arrived, and he was able to leave the situation in good hands.
See a Need, Fill a Need
Service Technician, Michael B., was servicing a fellow colleague's home, when he was made aware about a boil water advisory in that area due to storms. Michael returned to his branch, informed his manager, and then returned with 10 cases of bottled water for her and neighbors, ensuring they had clean and safe water without the need to boil it.
