Serving up gratitude

Led by Branch Manager Darren Grant, the team organized a winter food drive for local “blessing boxes” and donation centers that yielded incredible results by collecting a total of 1,151 food items.

The team has hosted this food drive for the past 5 years with their customers, where the technicians share details about the initiative as they’re performing pest control services. For the past 3 years, they’ve offered their customers the chance to be entered into a drawing for $500 off their annual pest control invoice.

Zach Messick, Operations Manager, personally collected 653 cans (pictured), but the spirit of the drive continued at Broadview Towers. The tenants of this apartment complex rallied together to contribute 153 cans and won the drawing.

In a move that truly embodies Responsibility, the duty of care we owe to our customers and communities, Zach and branch leadership decided to do something special: Rather than simply applying a credit to an account, the team used the funds to cater and serve lunch to the residents of Broadview Towers as a thank-you for their generosity.
