Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to lead the execution and management of our pricing strategies for the US pest control business. This role will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing both our Residential and Commercial pricing structures to improve price realization and ensure alignment with key business partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in pricing, data analysis, and process management. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pricing execution and will work closely with boundary partners in sales, field, marketing, finance and product teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a detailed implementation plan for Residential and Commercial pricing strategies.

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of all pricing, promotions, and discounts within company systems and sales tools.

• Identify and mitigate pricing risks by establishing and monitoring controls to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure pricing strategies are executed accurately and effectively.

• Drive improvements in price realization through process enhancements, tool development, and effective pricing governance.

• Oversee pricing governance from an operational perspective, including process documentation, training, and the development of quality frameworks.

• Analyze pricing performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Directly and indirectly manage a team of pricing strategy and analytics professionals.

Candidate Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in pest control, home services, or a similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated success in pricing strategy and execution within a matrixed organization.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in pricing tools, Excel, and business intelligence platforms.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Incumbent is required to have:

• Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

• Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Base Pay Range $123,400 - $160,400 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
