How has your relationship with your Onboarding Buddy positively impacted your experience as a new hire?
“Having an Onboarding Buddy really helped me feel more at ease at a new company. Coming into a new company can be a scary thing, but when you know you have at least one person that is automatically assigned to pretty much be your friend, it helps alleviate some of the anxiety. It was great having someone I could come to with questions about the company, benefits or how to get more involved, without feeling like I was bothering anyone. My buddy told me about Colleague Resource Groups (CRG), which I am a part of two groups now. Our chats made me feel more comfortable and confident with my new role and enhanced my sense of belonging here at Rentokil Terminix. It definitely made me feel more supported and connected from the start.”
