How did your leaders influence your internship experience?
“I was lucky enough to be surrounded by the best leaders and team. My direct boss, Tina, provided me with so much guidance and resources when starting that I always felt like I knew what I was doing. The other recruiters on my team were such influential role models that I could rely on. Being an intern can be really intimidating sometimes, but I felt very welcomed by my team. If I ever had a question, I could message any person on my team. They would answer without making me feel like I was being a bother.”

“The best piece of advice I received was from my manager, Hannah. She told me not to be timid or afraid to use your voice, share ideas, and ask questions. She said no matter what level you are at there is always room to speak up and use your voice. Ideas and creativity are the lifeline of organizations, so it is important to share yours!”
