I am the TA Supervisor for the Northeast Market. I assist in staffing both Sales and Technician positions. The words ‘resilient’ and ‘supportive’ instantly come to mind when describing my team. They are confident in what they do, and we value proactive recruiting. No matter the situation, my team always finds a way. As a leader, it’s refreshing to see them grow.

Pest control experience isn’t required. My team looks for the skill sets and the tangible skills that can carry over into the role. Every now and then, I have found someone who has never done this, but loves it. While your experience may not be in pest control, your skills can be transferable.

When talking to the candidates, they usually want to know more about the benefits and what we offer. Our candidates love that the benefits start on day one. That’s a huge deal. In addition to that, you will have your own company vehicle, cellphone, and you don’t have to drive to the branch every day.

I have two favorite experiences. I received a call from the Regional Director, because two colleagues that I’ve recruited as Technicians are now being promoted into Service Manager roles. It’s cool to hear that the technicians that I’ve recruited at one point are being promoted based on their work ethics. As a recruiter, that’s the goal.

The culture here is very positive, open to new ideas, and always changing. There is not a single soul that works for this company that is not willing to work with me or help me when needed. Positivity is contagious and it flows through each colleague that works here.
