Gregory’s journey began in 2015 as a Sales Manager with Terminix. Over the years, his leadership capabilities propelled him through several roles on the West Coast, including Branch Manager of Salinas and San Jose, followed by Region Director of Los Angeles and then the Pacific Coast. He was in his role on the Pacific Coast when the merger between Rentokil and Terminix happened, giving Gregory the opportunity to oversee both brands' operations in the area for over a year.

“I was invited to join a Rentokil Leadership Group in 2022 because of my leadership success,” said Gregory. “I attended numerous professional development trainings and was able to connect with leaders worldwide. Toward the end of ‘23, I learned there was a Managing Director role in New Zealand—I was excited to test my leadership abilities overseas!”

The move wasn’t just a professional milestone—it was a chance to embrace a new culture and environment. New Zealand is quite a ways away from California, but Gregory says that Rentokil provided seamless support throughout the relocation process.

“Rentokil ensured I had the resources and guidance I needed,” he said. “When questions arose, there was always someone to help.”

Now a few months into his new role, Gregory is settling into life in a stunning new country with a warm and welcoming team. “The transition has been a unique experience. The beauty of New Zealand and the support of my team have made it truly rewarding,” Gregory said.
