Who are we?

SOLitude Lake Management – a proud member of the Rentokil family of companies - provides aquatic management services to lakes, ponds, reservoirs, and wetlands. SOLitude offers a wide variety of services including fishery programs, algae and aquatic weed control, mechanical harvesting/hydro-raking, installation/maintenance of fountains and aeration systems, and water quality testing.

What do our Regional Sales Managers do?

 The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned region. This role will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with company vision and values. In addition, they will establish sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for our Business Development Consultants (BDC’s). 

  • Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with all BDC’s to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of BDC’s performance

  • Conduct 4-6 field rides per month with BDC’s to coach, develop and  improve sales skills

  • Assist BDC’s in preparation of proposals and presentations

  • Conduct productive weekly sales meetings and sales training meetings focused on skill development and improving performance

  • Using Sales KPI’s, ensure that all BDC’s meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments and proposals and debrief in detail with BDC’s weekly

  • Set a strong example for BDC’s in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits

  • Annually, develop a Regional Sales and Marketing Plan that supports SOLitude’s Corporate Plan and integrates campaigns, lead generation activities, and target account management

  • Develop a strong partnership with Regional Operations team to ensure that top line revenue and profitability goals are understood and achieved

What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training

  • Preferably 3-5 years sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity

  • Proven history developing sales colleagues

  • Strong business acumen with background in management, sales, training, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience 

  • Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment

  • Available to travel as needed

  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations

  • Must pass pre-employment background screen 

  • Valid driver’s license/clean driving record
